Our regular pool openings start at $165.00. Drain and fill pool openings pricing varies(best to contact us for a free estimate).
Safety and “tarp” pool openings include each of the following:
• Upon arrival at your pool we visually check the water.
• The sides of the pool will be brushed when algae or loose debris is present.
• We will check the pump and the filter pressure gauge. The hair lint pot and check for leaves and debris.
• We will vacuum your pool or leaf-eat your pool, skim the surface of the pool.
• The water will be tested for sanitizer levels, PH, alkalinity and calcium, and will be balanced accordingly.
• The filter (sand and DE only) will be backwashed.
• If you have a cartridge filter there will be an additional charge if you would like us to clean it.
• Blow debris from pool area. (If applicable)
• Your pump, booster pump, heater, and chlorinator will be drained and winterized.
• The return and skimmer lines will be de winterized and fixed for summer operation.
• The safety cover will be removed and stored(if present)
Also included is a written pool inspection report and a copy of our latest customer newsletter “The Poolman”.
Not included - balancing chemicals, additional labor for filter cleaning and parts if needed. Any of the items can purchased from Luke Pool Service at a reasonable fee.
