All of our services include basic pool chemicals, such as Chlorine, PH up or down, Sodium Bicarb, Calcium. If you have a salt water pool, we charge additional for salt and cyanuric acid(CYA). Other speciality chemicals such as algaecides and stain removers are not included and are billed to the customer as needed.

Your Pool Service Agreement includes:
· Brushing the tile line and steps
· Netting the water's surface
· Vacuuming the pool/spa
· Emptying the skimmer(s) and pump(s) pot baskets
· Backwashing the filter as needed (cartridge filter cleanings are additional every 6 months)
· Blowing debris from the pool deck as needed
· Testing and balancing the water chemistry
· A thorough inspection of the pool/spa equipment
· Semi-Annual written pool/spa inspection report
· Quarterly newsletter "The Poolman" mailed to your home
